Information Collected

YourActivePet.com collects information required to process and ship orders to our customers.  This information includes name, address, phone number, email address and payment information.  In addition, YourActivePet pet collects email and some personal information if you elect to receive the YourActivePet Newsletter.

Information Usage

Personal information including email addresses collected for Newsletter and for order processing purposes is never sold or distributed for usage by a third party.  Credit card information including credit card numbers is not stored by YourActivePet.com.  Customer's email addresses will be used by YourActivePet.com to send electronic purchase receipts and order status updates.  Occasionally a customer will receive an email with special offers from YourActivePet.com.  All Newsletters and special offer emails will have an opt-out option.

YourActivePet has several partnerships with third party companies which can be reached by linking from the YourActivePet.com web site.  Information supplied to these third party sites is handled as identified by those companies
